- When storing your items pack those frequently needed in the front of the
unit for easy retrieval.

- Use the same size boxes to pack and store your goods. This will make them easier to stack which increases efficiency and means less space is needed.

- Protect your furniture and mattress with moving pads and plastic furniture covers.

- Use only unprinted newspaper or bubble wrap as newspaper ink will smudge and stain your glasses and dishes.

- Fill boxes to capacity, as partially filled boxes will collapse and fall over causing breakage.

- Label all boxes and keep a list of the contents for easy reference when you need to locate your belongings.

- When storing a refrigerator or freezer, make sure that they are dry and stored with the doors ajar to prevent smells.

What happens if I move in and I need more or less storage?
We can transfer you to a different unit size to accommodate your needs or rent you additional units


What is the minimum rental commitment?
Our lease agreements are month to month, so you are never tied down to a long term contract.


Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit is currently required.


Do you sell moving supplies?
Yes, we have moving boxes in several sizes to fit items such as books, dishes, toys, and larger items like televisions and computers. We also sell moving & packing accessories to keep your valuables safe such as bubble wrap, newsprint and a full compliment of items to make your move easier and quicker.


How do I pay for my rent and when is rent due?
Rent is due the first of each month. We accept cash, personal checks as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We can at your request automatically bill your credit or debit card at the first of each month.


How long will it take to complete the rental process once I come in?
The rental process takes about 15 minutes to complete.
